Overview
The Association International School (AIS) was founded in 1963 and is based on a firm foundation of Christian values and beliefs. However, students are not required to be Christian in order to attend AIS. AIS respects other religions and beliefs. The school’s aim is to develop in students the knowledge, skills and dispositions necessary to respond successfully to future challenges in other schools, in post-secondary education, and in an interdependent, multicultural work environment. AIS offers a curriculum that incorporates best practices from around the world: Singapore Math and Science approach and aspects of the British and American curricula. AIS is an IB World School offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IB DP), College Board certified offering the Advanced Placement Program and preparing students for the ACT and SATs, a Cambridge International School offering the IGCSE and is also ERB certified. AIS is a day and boarding school for students in grades 6 to 12.
