Happy Heart School

Happy Heart School (HHS) provides preschool (creche, nursery and kindergarten) and primary school education in a Christian-based environment. The crèche only accepts walking infants, the nursery accepts children aged 2-3 years and the two kindergarten classes are for children ages 4 and 5 respectively. The school’s mission is to provide quality home care to infants and an educational environment for young people, through Christ-centered values and current best practice. HHS employs highly-trained teachers and caretakers and provides learning facilities suitable for practical learning. Children are taught to maintain good conduct and behaviour. Children have access to a well-equipped playground. Early childhood education includes Emotional and Social Development, Cognitive and Language Development, Music, Art and Creativity. At the nursery stage children learn about Letters, Numbers, Nature and Environment. In kindergarten they cover additional topics such as Reading and General Science. In primary school, the curriculum includes Mathematics, Science, ICT, Creative Art, French and Ghanaian Language. HHS offers parents the option to enroll their children in the after- school care program when necessary.
